• Users go to the website and register themselves to the website.
• Members can sell their products and set in the auction by signing an account of the website.
• Members can put auctions to sell in specify by categories and sub categories of product or service.
• User browses the product by categories and sub categories.
• On the auction user can choose the feature on that auction, they are buy now option or bidding or setting a reserve price for bidding.
• Sellers are able to post descriptions and upload multiple images of the products to be auctioned.
• Users witness auction by featured auction, recently listed auctions, popular auctions and ending soon auctions. Bidders must be able to view the product being auctioned and make confidential bids which the seller can view.
• User can also search the product by their name. When they type the keyword all the product name and category matching the keyword will be displayed in the search result page.
• And in the basic search page user can specify various criteria for searching the product such as price range, category, subcategory etc.
• Buyers can also find products by dates, by price, by most bids placed or by location.
• The seller can create the store by paying some monthly fee to the website. He can choose the different colors to change the layout of the store.
• Users can search store by store name.
• In bidding, the winner is the one who place the highest bid for the product if the winner declines the product then second highest bidder will be chosen as the winner.
• There is “My Opened Auctions” area, where users will see details of auctions currently has open; if no bids were submitted yet on an open auction, users are able to edit the auction.
• There is “My Closed Auctions” area, where users will see the auctions submitted by themselves, and that were closed. User can choose to edit, delete or re-list a closed auction.
• On the “Sold Items” area, users will see the items sold, and by clicking on the “View Details” link redirected to a page with the details of the buyer. If an end of auction fee is set from the admin area, then the seller will have to pay for the end of auction fee in order for users to see the buyer details.
• On the “My watch item” area, users will see the items which he’ve added in the watch list. He can get the information of this product by email regularly in his email address.
• In buying, the member can buy the product in the price specified by the store.
• When the product is purchased by the member or user spots the products he/she wanted to bid the amount will be sent to the website and when the product is shipped and delivered to the member and the site gets the verification then only the amount which is total amount minus commission will be send to the owner of product for the initial phase when escrow system is active for the seller.
• Revenue will be generated from charging a percentage of the selected winning bid price.
• Sellers will be forced to specify shipping costs in the listing process. These costs should then be paid when shipping the product.
• In buying process, the member will checkout from the system. He will be asked to log-in if the user is not logged in. After that the user confirms the products, price and total amount. The user checkout from the system. The orders will be stored in the database. These orders can be viewed in the back end. This action should generate an alert email and pause the transaction until the order is manually verified. The transaction should be able to be unfrozen via admin panel, in special panel which lists all 'frozen' transactions.
• In the bidding process, if the highest bidder (winner) does not pay the winning amount then the admin chooses the winner among the bidder of the auction.
• When the receiving member verifies that the product is received then the money will be sent to the seller of the product.
• Admin can select the feature store or items posted on the website by charging a small amount from the store owner.
• A member can subscribe to newsletter using newsletter subscription box in the website.
• Sellers and bidders can ask questions and provide answers throughout the bid process as well as afterwards, using private messaging (PM) system.
• A user can tell a friend about the website to the others.
• There is bidder and seller feedback area, seller Rating area and blogging section.
• Have a disclosure/agreement page for users.
• Accommodates Advertisement for the items buyers want and sellers can make an offer to buyer of that particular item.

• View /Edit Members Detail: The administrator can view/edit the member’s details from this section.
• View Members Orders: This will show the list of the orders which have been made by the members. It will also show the detail of each order.
• Delete Members Details: The administrator can view/edit the member’s details from this section.
• View Members bids: This will show the list of the bidding made by the member.
• View Members Reviews: This will show the list reviews of the buyer or seller made by the other buyer or seller.
• View Members Buying history: This will show the list of the products bought and detail by the member.

• Category management: You can add, update, disable and delete category detail under this section.
• Product management: You can add, update and delete product detail under this section. You can upload multiple pictures (static/video) and add the product detail from the html editor.
• Bids and winner Management: Web administrator can view the bids on the product and the winner of closed product from there.

• View/Edit Orders: In this section, you can view and edit the detail of the orders.

• Add, update and delete of the blacklisted credit card to be used in the website.
• Payment setting, this will allow to adjust the parameter for various payment settings and enable and disable payment modules.
• Commissions Settings: This allows the percentage of commission to be given to the website by the seller after selling or auctioning the product.
• Admin user management: From this section admin can add, update and delete the users of the administrators.

• Products Purchased: This will show the reports of the product purchased, product group, quantity, date, group etc.
• Daily Orders: In this page, you can view the details of the orders in the daily basis. You can choose the range of days to view the orders in those days.
• Daily Bids: In this page, you can view the details of the bids placed in the daily basis. You can choose the range of days to view the bids in those days.
